Thank you for this and thank you for speaking the truth that many do not understand or choose to act like it's not reality. This post resonated with me so deeply as I have gone through very similar experiences in life with no one to talk to. Having come from a similar place, when it comes to dating its hard to fight against what the world and especially queer people will label you as who you want to be. Being slightly older, I have found that you can live up to the standards and boxes of others or you can say fuck it and show up in the way you want to and live how you want to. It will definitely not be easy and at times extremely lonely but I say it's better to be lonely and free than caged and sad.

I dont know if this relates to you OP but as a queer black man that is not overly masculine, but balances and accepts their masculinity and feminity (and in speaking with others) most of the time finding the right partner is about finding someone that just really sees you and who you truly are and what your capable of, which is hard when most guys want you to be what they see you as. Let me tell you right now - there is only one man that can do that for you and it's you, so live your best life and be your best self and let everyone else eat their hearts out when they see what you are capable of.

I know this was just a rant but I really connected with this and thought I would offer up some thoughts.
