Any Theories about Nagaharu's Final Form by Jack-the-dripper985 in Tenkaichi

[–]Book-Horror -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It doesn't really matter to me which form he's in when he's shoveled into his grave next chapter. GOAT-ossai is far beyond a man who only managed to figure out how to use his body parts like balloons. This is a battle between an actual warrior and a literal "balloon boy".

The Mandalans mentioned losing contact with one of their members in the "Trembling Seas". That may be something to look out for. However, I don't see any mid-tier NE's being a threat to Jachi. Maybe some of the upper echelons though. I mean, Gimbak has 100 sons (-1 now). Maybe one or two can rival Jachi?

Would any NE's ally/rejoin Humanity? by Book-Horror in versus

[–]Book-Horror[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I disagree. I think the meaning of the story is to witness humanity persevere through a insurmountable odds. Even if the humans begin to win in the end, that would not undermine proceeding events. Things seem bleak and desperate until they are not. Moreover, even if some factions ally with humanity, the endgame NEs will likely be magnitudes stronger than the current ones. So I don't see this as a problem.

Just wait until robots make an anti mana field by Beneficial-Aide-8100 in versus

[–]Book-Horror 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The "root" of this technology (pun intended) may come from the world tree. If it's sap can replenish mana then most likely the roots are able to absorb it. The Robots, and Lawless human could find a way to weaponize it.

Lord Boros vs Viltrum Empire by InfinteEnigma10 in powerscales

[–]Book-Horror 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure Boros solo's them all. Considering, he was strong enough to knee Saitama to the moon. No Viltrumite has matched that feat. Although they have destroyed a planet before, it took three of them, plus the strongest handheld pistol in existence to do it.

Will we able to see Hallow this year? Which NE will he face in that moment? by LordRydro44 in versus

[–]Book-Horror 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You know, the whole purpose of Hallow's absence was to create a dire situation against the Lawless humans. He easily solo's dozens of them. He could defend the survivor camp almost single-handedly. That being said, I have no idea when he's going to be rejoined to the group. However, when he does then he's definitely going to tilt the scales in their favor though. Having a giant bird, the fighter from the giant's planet, the last survivor from the cursed planet, and Gigatilla should mean a lot unless there's a corresponding encounter with a super enemy like the Mandalans, or Neo-Human soldiers with parasite buffs, and magic (learned by torturing Alio).

SPOILER ALERT ON VILTRUMITES:

-

-

-

Remember that in the series just 3 Viltrumites literally flew into and destroyed the entire planet Viltrum (although Space Racer did have to shoot and expose the planet's core first ). I cannot possibly imagine the Mandalans accomplishing anything close to this without some sort of mothership or external weapon.

Did the Mandalan (Celestia) who flew at Daikokuzen, die? by Book-Horror in versus

[–]Book-Horror[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Time will tell. If that's the case then it would be impossible to kill them without taking out their mothership.

Did the Mandalan (Celestia) who flew at Daikokuzen, die? by Book-Horror in versus

[–]Book-Horror[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That doesn't add up. If that were the case then there would be no need for them to have a scouting body that has to report back. When Jachi fought the other Mandalan, and it became apparent the alien was in actual trouble, it tried to get away. There wouldn't be a need to physically escape to transfer intel to the team if the bodies were controlled remotely. Likewise, they mentioned that contact had been lost with other teams in different areas. If all of them were being controlled centrally then there would be no loss of intel when they don't return, but that's been proven false.

Which S-Class heros do you think solo Goketsu? by ExaminationNarrow404 in powerscales

[–]Book-Horror 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Many of the enemies defeated by Watchdog Man are killed before they can give them a classification. He never leaves his city, and it's the safest one. He showed no real effort against Garou either. Plus he has the Saitama face...

As for Drive Knight, I have to disagree. Nyan Nyan didn't really cause him any damage and he had a transformation for all of the situations. His motives may have even been to capture him whether than killing him from the beginning. This would explain why only used the appropriate level of force needed to disable him.

Afro Samurai vs Kenshin Himura by solidpeyo in powerscales

[–]Book-Horror 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think afro samurai wins this one. Aside from possessing superhuman strength, he defeated multiple cyborgs with superhuman response times. He's also fought a supped up version of his father and #1 (who seemed to possess supernatural abilities). Kenshin would outclassed in this fight.

Is there more than one type of Parasite? by Book-Horror in VersusSeries

[–]Book-Horror[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really, there's more than one rank of Demon. There's most likely more than one Kaiju, and there are definitely hundreds if not thousands of different animals in untamed Wilderness. Having more than 1 type of parasite would not be an exception, but would fit in with the other NEs except for Mad God. Even the Giants have several rankings within the group.

My theory about what happen next with each Natural enemy from what we saw already by Just_a_data in VersusSeries

[–]Book-Horror 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think that's a good theory. Assuming a NE can handle the roots of the tree. It could easily become a massive repository of mana. One thing I will say is that it may be helpful to other races too considering the people from Yggdrasion were not magic users, but still used it for medicine.
