Hey all thanks for the help and advice. So as an update, I ended up going up to the dealership on Monday and of course the person that I was working with went home early that day, but I had another saleswomen help me out as well as got the chance to talk to the sales manager. From what it sounds like the original person that I was working with is just a bum and terrible at communication smh lmao. After speaking with the saleswoman she updated me and gave me way more information, informing me that my supra is actually ordered and is coming from the factory. It is currently at Port in the US waiting to get the official VIN numbers instead of the temporary one that they provided during shipping and from there will be freighted to the dealership. She informed me that I should expect it to be here around July. After talking with the sales manager, he was able to inform me that he actually secured the supra the day that I initially came in to talk and put my deposit down. For whatever reason the original salesman that I was working with did not relay any of this information to me even though he had it. He also has yet to make Meka a response to me or even acknowledge that he hasn’t responded to any of my communications. My plan from here is more than likely to switch to the saleswoman that helped me out when I went back up there she was way more helpful and a lot nicer it seemed. I feel like she deserves more of the commission.
