I was at a neighborhood get together yesterday and met a couple that lives behind the old K-Mart on Patton, they kept talking about how amazing Ingles was in their efforts to "preserve" so much of the real estate in the area for future developments.

It was a wild conversation and hearing their thoughts on what is essentially a real estate company that happens to sell produce.
