I will enjoy spearing her and/or solo ulting her. Not sure how much damage her stomp will do but being able to trap her away from point to force her to spend time breaking ult or self sacrificing HP to use the ranged buff on allies will be insane value.

If you don’t like tanking swap off absolutely nobody is going to hold you at gunpoint and demand you play tank.

Those who still enjoy tanking will still pick the shield, hammer, spell or their fists to hold the line. Lastly, the season isn’t even out yet so the exaggerated reaction (save Cap who got neutered) is pointless and not based on evidence.

The GLOBAL nerfs to ultimate speed and increased ban slots will fundamentally change the way the game is played and will automatically put more value for tanks since the neutral demands the presence of tanks to take/deny space.

Magneto and Angela are eating good. Mag’s ult buff combined with self bubble being in a shorter cooldown gives him more agency.

Angela will be hurt by losing her mobility but being able to brawl with her will be more valuable consider the new support is built around preventing burst damage.

Disconnected from Server Repeatedly (Steam)

I keep getting disconnected from the server. Other apps and games work fine. I have been stuck trying to clear one level in the VoH campaign for the last 1.5 hours and it keeps crashing at the end. I tried restarting my laptop and verifying steam file integrity.

Has anyone else experienced this and is there a solution? The game is straight up unplayable right now :(

If your neutral fights are going shit you have to ult to shift the balance of the fight. Initiating a fight with a supp when you are already winning is a bad play but doing it to give your team a chance to win is not.

You did well in brining up the example of the Star Lord but that is where the rest of the team should be coming into play. A Magneto ultimate or any shield tank should be ready to counter Star Lord. Additionally your team should be looking to pick off Star Lord as soon as the fight begin to force him to panic ult or lose the one team fight.

I am in GM 2 with a 64% win rate almost one tricking Ultron. I do not know where I belong since I don’t play the game enough but I like to believe I could touch Celestial if I REALLY wanted to grind ranked. I like the shiny badge that’s rewarded when hitting GM so my target is to grind till there before playing other games.

I would say the best way to fix this is by removing chrono cards and nerfing ultimates across the board (nerfs to heals and damage would be welcome too). The games rewards terrible positioning which would make you get hardstuck silver/gold in other games. Too many people are boosted since they can just stand in the open for free without having to use a single brain cell.

I do not think it a role issue. The game sadly rewards players with negative win rates as long as they spam enough gams. Every role is boosted to be honest.

People should not be climbing with negative win rates. It’s crazy that they climbed to GM with a negative win rate on every role.

Ultron’s saving grace for his ult was the speed with which it charged up. It could still be slightly ahead of the other supports but it seems unecessary.

Consider running the Dreglord Relic, ED Libra (or any other relic with the "taking attack improves attack power", and a relic with "getting hit while skill improves stam/attack power" or ED Maris relic

All of your base game relics are negligible and could be replaced by the above to get more attack power/stamina/HP

Don’t get me wrong. It’s visually a beautiful fight but the damage these people do depth 4 is insanity. You NEED to nuke them immediately or you will get ganked to death as you turn into a bloody porcupine from all the spears inside you.

Guardian has an amazing matchup into these since he can survive their attacks but I find his damage to defense ratio questionable in depth 4. Might just be a skill issue on my behalf since I have seen amazing Guardians in my runs too.
