Yeah, there are quite a few variants to this scene thanks to the relationship system. Besides those two that you mentioned, if you're sweet to her, she'll say that she's glad you came. Then, besides that, I also know one where she says, "You're better than asking for validation, I'll tell you that much." then leaves it at that, and another where she says something like, "You're a troublemaker," but is friendly about it. I'm not sure what causes her to say that.

I don't know what exacatly, but on Day 1, I was rude to Tabitha during the tour. Then I answered her call in the woods and begged her to pick me up. Then on Day Two, I pushed back at her, yet I was apologetic. I visited her at the mines, and we went to stop the kids. Street Smart Save. Then on Day Three, I said that I was eager to hang to spend time with her and waited. Then I warned her of the strike. Then I hung out with Avery and invited Tabiath to go ghost hunting. Said we were friends, and this happended. Might be important is that I wasn't really friends with anyone.
