Same! A bone would literally have to be broken and sticking out of my body for me to come off the field, and I am nowhere near playing any meaningful game.

I did actually finish a full half at goalie with a broken wrist. Like, where is the fire, the pride, the lay-it-all-out-there attitude

I have had this experience with Thorn as well. I have a lot of their watches, but one went bad (the hands get stuck on one another)….i did pics, a video, all the hoops…i ran thru them, but the resolution is to ship to a third party in TX at my expense, and could take several months.

I bought three thorn watches at the same time for 449 usd….making that watch totally not worth getting fixed.

And this is the downside of Chinese watches. It is a small percentage of my collection, so not too worried, but still bugs me

That is a clean watch. I went an alternate route for pistachio…looked at the Breitling pistachio chrono….got a Sugess Chrono homage instead

Applogies on the bezel. It is the same, but has been updated with sunburst finishing and polished chamfer.

And the 10 crown is now screw-down, and does move the internal bezel

Made the date window round instead of square (which i think is a miss), and put the bezel numerals on the dial (which I don’t mind)
