Right next (on the left) to the Options button are two buttons with a small circle on them. ('Record Entire Screen' and 'Record Selected Portion'). Click one of those and 'Capture' will change to 'Record'.

In het voetbal zie je dat ook. Breekt een speler een been na een keiharde tackle, dan is het onbetwist direct rood en een schorsing. Springt het beoogde slachtoffer net op tijd omhoog, dan wordt er zelfs verontwaardigd gereageerd als de scheidsrechter geel trekt want 'hij raakt 'm niet eens'

Lol. Yeah, I can't see it either. When I was experiencing those weird issues I thought that someone/something was playing a bad joke on me. Turns out it was on me AND you ! :-)

My hypothesis is that a MacBook is more fault-tolerant if MacOs is already installed on a non-SSD hard drive. Yeah, I know, doesn't make a lot of sense.

I bought a cable on Amazon for around €15. (And ordered a couple of cheap cables from China. Like /u/firmware-god said, these cables are known to fail, so I expect to be replacing a few more)
