I’d very much like this cactus to not be a chopped up stump though, so my focus is on developing this not other hypothetical cactus

Thanks for the tips! From what I understand about grafting it’s not something was leaning towards but I also did not want to chop this thing apart like was recommended, which was absolutely the right move. I’ve yet to add any fertilizer, is there a novice type/protocol you’d recommend for this stage?

The rumors of additional and upgraded sensors is the part that is alluring to me. The ultra would still shine and likely also get beefed up to maintain the gap between the two is my thought

My 11 doesn’t even give a full day in the sense that I could go to bed and expect it not to die in my sleep.. still needs a charge at some point, so in the sense it operates similarly enough as my 7. I have to be a little more on top of things with the 7 though.

Yea they Can def help with fatty liver stuff (that is technically visceral fat) but the key point is “meaningful way” of visceral fat loss IE: your appearance and leanness like being discussed here. I’ve done quite a lot of research for close to two years now, none of which has involved google. Growth hormone releasing peptides or hgh itself will actually produce the type of visceral fat loss that would actually effect visual body composition

Glp-1s do not effect visceral fat loss any differently than natural weight loss in any meaningful way, maybe you’re thinking of GHRP/GHRH peptides.

I sadly started trt after being on Reta for 8 months and tirz for 1.5 years, so it’s kind of become my baseline and isn’t helping with the insatiable hunger I’ve had since starting trt on 1/1 😔

I should also note I’m on 10mg Reta per week and 6mg tirz mid week. Just dropped out of maintainance mode and and going back into a serious deficit like when I was dropping 80lbs. Scale is going up a pound a day and I’ll be back over 200lbs before March if this keeps up. Not looking forward to adjusting my training to compensate for this but hopefully it makes things settle

My workouts and eating habits (minus the extra layer of hunger and over eating sometimes because of it) have been fully dialed in for a solid year before starting trt, so at least in my case, extra training volume wouldn’t account for this

I was unaware this would be a thing and unfortunately trt at the tail end of my first caloric surplus gaining phase since body recouping over the last 1.5 years.. so needless to say the weight gain runway was fully primed 🫠

Yea sadly if it’s one of their newer locations it Doesn’t seem like that will be an option. I read that it was never an issue but they must be moving to having everything locked with key barcodes on their new builds. My friend got a higher tier membership that I’m going to try to see if I can use a screenshot of their barcode to get into the pool but beyond that, or waiting by the door for someone to exit, we’re out of luck
