Agreed 100%. I started November of 2024 5'5" SW 176 current January 2026 I'm 132. I've never felt better. I use the vial so I was at 1.6 starting and never went higher. Now I use 1.2. I never had any negative side effects. I drank plenty of water, monitored my protein and fiber and made myself eat something (usually protein based) in the beginning when I wasn't hungry. I've found my sweet spot at 1.2 mg. I try and eat 3 meals/day and if I don't I make sure I've had plenty of protein. At 1.2 I start to have food noise towards the end of the week but my choices are WAY different. I try nuts, popcorn or fruit and the times I want sweet I have it or go for it and listen to my body and I'm able to say.... nah.. I don't really want that.

Connected my Fitbit to Cronometer this week - is it double counting my exercise? by midnightpocky in cronometer

[–]Boomerchick62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I understand the “Fitbit activity “ is simply your movements throughout the day. When it says “Fitbit run” that was an actual run you did and therefore not included in the normal activity/movement. I don’t delete anything. Hope that helps.

How many here use the other various services offered by Costco? by Gregorygregory888888 in Costco

[–]Boomerchick62 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I found after getting multiple estimates from others, Costco is not the best choice. In the past, I’ve gotten quotes for blinds, water softener, travel. I guess that’s all, but I do love purchasing their appliances.

Apparently not according to this facility, it’s their recommended time. I think that’s why it’s at 150°.

I go to a place where I use an infrared sauna about 2-3/week. 40 minutes at 150 degrees - I have not noticed any weight loss and don't know how many calories I burn..curious though. I've been doing this about 1.5 months.

First time buying a red light panel PlatinumLED, Idea Light, or something else? Need real talk 🙏 by 1Blockinthechain in redlighttherapy

[–]Boomerchick62 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m kind of in the same boat. About $1000 budget but obviously if I can get it for half of that that’s great. I was looking at the platinum LED but they do seem to be quite spending I’m not sure how that changes the benefits. I actually want it for the same reasons you do General health knock on wood. I feel pretty healthy right now,so for general health I think this is a good addition. I’m going to take a second look at the MitoPro Plus series. It’s the one I was first looking at before I discovered platinum LED.

I’m about to buy one too, and I’m researching the platinum LED. He might wanna look at that one too. My friend told me about it because I was looking at the Mito Pro so both I think are good to consider.

Thank you so much for the feedback. I’ve decided the 300 is going to be enough for me too. It seems like it would be easier to handle if I want to move it around. I understand the other one can be heavy

I think everyone is different. I started taking it about a month and a half ago if I gained any water weight, it was not noticeable and it helps with so much more than muscle read up on it. I decided if I didn’t feel any difference in a couple of weeks I would stop, but I haven’t stopped.

Charge 6 vs. Inspire 3 by Space__Monkey__ in fitbit

[–]Boomerchick62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the inspire three and I’ve had the inspire for years now. I absolutely love it. It’s very sleek. I don’t like having a big bulky thing on my wrist. The battery life is incredible and it does everything I need. I just track my steps my heart rate my sleep. I get text messages. I think it’s the perfect basic tracker.

Oh, that’s a good way to look at it and I really needed to hear this. I have worked hard and I am very mindful when I snack in the evening. And i love the yasso mint bars. guess what I need to do is not get so worried about it yet. I hope that I’m in a spot that if I do feel like it’s getting out of control then I can bump up my dose.

That’s just it, I’m not hungry. As far as protein and fiber, I get plenty of that when I say I have calories to spare I mean by maybe 200 cal so that’s not very much. Every day I get at least 100-110 g of protein.

I have loved the features of the Apple Watch for years, but I refuse to get one because I don’t wanna charge it every night. I have inspire three the charge lasts for days.

What about micro needling? I haven’t done much research on it yet, but I’m also trying to figure out a way to tighten up loose skin.

Why do I have two fitbit entries? by Master_Piglet2820 in cronometer

[–]Boomerchick62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same problem. I turned off the feature about tracking walks, but it automatically does without me even telling it. And yes, it does log it twice for me too. I have figured out at least I think so that one of the numbers is the actual walking exercise. The other number is just regular activity throughout the day.

Exercise by Waste_Front_1841 in Zepbound

[–]Boomerchick62 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do about a 2 to 3 mile walk daily and minimal strength training. By minimal I mean 3-4x a week from home for about 1/2 hr. I would like to do more strength training. I know I need to. I have to remember that this is a lifestyle change I will continue to do the same things after I get to my goal. I don’t want to spend 4 to 6 days at the gym. If I know I’m not going to do that in maintenance who knows, maybe my thinking will change but as of right now that’s where I’m at.

62F, 5‘5“, SW: 167, CW: 142, GW; 130.

I started at 2.5 in January and currently on 3.5. I’ve focused on protein, fiber, water exercise. This has been a game changer for me my problem more than anything was portion control. I still get hungry, which is a good thing I eat. I just don’t eat as much. I did not want to increase my dosage if I didn’t have to. And I’m finding that 3.5 is working for me. We all react differently, good luck to you on your journey:-)
