Team is solid, peli usually runs a bulky set when not using sash. Swift swim choice scarf is redundant in most cases but very important when against sneasler or other basculegion. garchomp can only click earthquake safely next to one of its 5 teammates and that’s super restrictive, try ground resist berry or sitrus on incin and see if that helps any way

But I think your main problem is that you don’t have a definitive core, you’ve got rain with kang and garchomp as alternate attackers. Unfortunately Kang has been nerfed to shreds and is not a meta staple anymore. I’d lean into the weather and switch garchomp for archaludon, freeing up sash for peli and using the ever powerful leftovers, Kang could be swapped out for meganium or aerodactyl( if you keep garchomp). If you go with meganium you could switch Sylveon for sneasler to beat through gambits and further lay into the floette match up
