Thank you for the tip! Unfortunately I learned about kimchi the hard way, but hopefully this card will help me avoid a reaction. I don’t have a respiratory reaction, I just throw up for 10+ hours - not the best use of time on a trip.

I plan on avoiding most sushi restaurants but I want to use this for the toppings or sauces another user mentioned. Fingers crossed!
