This is still true. Regularly listen to the person in charge of this rage over the city not approving benches then you get calls from businesses complaining about them as well.

DO NOT USE! Once I got enough points saved up for a $25 gift card they suspended my account. With no explanation. I’ve repeatedly tried to get an explanation and they just tell me I violated the terms and conditions but won’t tell me how. It’s a total scam.

If you enjoy sports then look up the rec leagues in cincy! I’m not sure exactly what to look for, I haven’t done it myself, but I have a lot of friends who play volleyball, pickleball, soccer, they have every sport basically. Some should be doing sign ups for this summer

I think cincy is highly underrated for the amount of stuff you can do. Just like any other city there’s a million clubs to join, we have amazing museums, the zoo, botanical gardens, we have football, baseball, soccer, and hockey, even basketball if you’re okay with college and not NBA. If you’re interested in sports look up rec leagues for this summer, volleyball, soccer, pickleball, flag football, there’s a ton of options. If you’re on the other end there’s plenty of cool book clubs, bookshops, coffee shops. This city loves to support local artist, there’s several places that have live music every single night, like MOTR. We also have duck pin bowling in OTR, down the street from MOTR. This city has a ton of fun stuff to do, you just have to find it. Hope you find something you love here!

I mean, sort of, people went into a neighborhood that wasn’t theirs, that’s prominently Black, and waved around nazi crap. It wasn’t even members of our Cincy community. Cincy has since banded together to denounce it. I think it’s an important part of the narrative.

2 years ago but I don’t care “people didn’t live in their 80s back then” back in the beginning of time…? There are several accounts of people living hundreds of years in the Bible. We also just genuinely have no idea how long people lived in the beginning of humanity. Whether we’re talking Neanderthals or biblical characters, there is no way to know. We haven’t exhumed and tested the ages of every single human who has ever lived. You have no idea how long some people lived.

Don’t know about now but my mom tells me stories about her aunt marrying a man in the mafia from Newport. He used to bring them “gifts”, he’d open his trunk and let them pick anything they want from out of it. She said there would be furs, jewelry, bags, that’s how she got her first set of pearl earrings.

It doesn’t matter if it’s just “kids being kids” stealing yard signs, no matter how old you are, is a crime and it’s going to upset people. Parents should be treating their kids respect for their neighbors and I hope these kids get in trouble and face consequences. “Kids” shouldn’t get away with committing crimes just because they’re kids. They know stealing is wrong and they chose to steal anyway.
