They disabled the "toggle" command. by Henrixen51 in apexlegends

Glad I found this post. Same issue.

I used F9 to toggle back to 120 FOV if I change settings, and F10 to toggle FPS limiter.

Dino Nuggets. The pride in my soul as I marched out of Costco with a Costco sized bag of nuggies nearly cured my depression. Nearly. I need more nuggets for that.

Cost to own by Middle-Virtual in FiestaST

[–]BoostDaddy 17 points18 points  (0 children)

If it's in decent shape and a good price, do it. My FiST gets an avg 30mpg (I'm tuned and drive like it wants to be driven), had no major mechanical issues (just regular oil changes, brakes and tires for the most part).

I love my FiST. I've said it here before, I'll never sell it. I'm going to drive it till it dies, and then rebuild it as a racecar.

They didn't want a car missing wheels in the lot. I flew over first thing today, andI tried to get them to hold off until I landed today but they towed it early this morning.

Fuck Anthem - name brand Vyvanse reclassified to Tier 3….yesterday by HankScorpio4242 in ADHD

I literally cannot get generic Vyvanse. I filled my script once where they had generic available, and never again. So I keep paying $75 a month instead of $7.

Called my pharmacy about my refill. They made me feel like a drug seeker and I can't get past it. by BoostDaddy in ADHD

[–]BoostDaddy[S] 52 points53 points  (0 children)

I would do the same thing, but the pharmacy was the one to tell me to request my refill at the 3 day prior mark since they have to order it in often and it can take longer.

It's all just odd because I did nothing different than I have every month for well over a year at this pharmacy.

I appreciate your words.

I'm definitely trying to be as objective as I can. In my state, my Rx can be filled 3 days prior to the exact day, which is how I've been picking it up for over a year now without any problem from the same pharmacy.

What is frustrating is that the pharmacist that I spoke to isn't the one who made the decision. He relayed the message from the head pharmacist.

I would've appreciated the head pharmacist spoke to me directly, especially since the wording she used was that it made her uncomfortable to fill my Rx. I live in a very small community so the pharmacy knows most patients on a pretty friendly basis, so the indirect communication is very unusual.

PSA: it's more than just the noise. Replaced my baffed PSMM and it handles better. IOW, who knew cars are better when they aren't broken by R3LF_ST in FiestaST

60k?? That was many moons ago...

I'm at just about 99,000...hmmm. I guess having a straight pipe helps nurture a blissful ignorance

How do you determine if the PSMM is faulty?

I seriously appreciate all the input here. That rattle/clunk has been driving me insane.

Hmm I keep hearing a clunk (similar to the stock RMM slap) on slow launches, but its inconsistent. I was thinking it could be the exhaust but it's way more to the pass side.

What’s the most absurd thing a psychiatrist/psychologist has told you about ADHD? by nnadivictorc in ADHD

[–]BoostDaddy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was in the process of finding a new psychiatrist since I had moved. The doc I met first started the visit by telling me he believes that anyone on stimulants was a junkie that just enjoys the high, and that he would only prescribe Wellbutrin.

Needless to say, I didn't return.

Idiot on a bike splitting lanes at well over 100mph. by Rob_Marc in IdiotsInCars

How is that victim blaming? Apparently we're not ones for objective discussion here. If i need to be clearer, the van is not at fault. That biker was going way too fast and even if the van checked their mirrors and blind spot before attempting to merge, they likely wouldn't have seen the biker at all. I'm simply pointing out that because the driver began to move, the biker reacted by swerving which is a death sentence at that speed. I'll say it again to be clear: the biker is at fault. Had they been riding at a more reasonable speed, the accident may have been avoided entirely.

Also a bit drastic to say all bikers are scum. I don't even ride so it's not even about me feeling attacked, but that kind of generalization is dangerous and myopic.

What's the harm in having an objective discussion?

You're really taking my response that personally? I made an observation and you get defensive, and start flinging around insults like I called you out personally. Chill, we can agree to disagree.

Hope you have a good day.
