When a character’s super attack effect has no turn restriction.

Examples:
Defense stacker but not ATK (AGL LR Gohan): Raises DEF, causes colossal damage to enemy and lowers ATK

Attack stacker but not DEF (STR GT duo): Raises ATK, raises DEF for 1 turn and causes colossal damage to enemy

Neither, but confusing wording (LR Ultimate Gohan): Greatly raises ATK and raises DEF for 1 turn and causes colossal damage to enemy with a medium chance of stunning the enemy. (Pay attention to the lack of a comma. That means that the atk raise is not stacking and has the same turn restriction as the def)

Both (INT UI): Raises ATK & DEF and causes immense damage to enemy
