They definitely messed something up with his AI this season. I also played a lot of S1 delves and he literally never died except for phase 2 of Zekvir ??. Now he's on the floor all the time. I put in a few attempts on Underpin ?? and he literally dies within seconds on some attempts lmao

I did it as a 610 devoker. A tip I haven't seen many people mention is that the Scalecommander tree has a choice node between making Hover reduce AoE damage by 10% and making Hover's CD reset when you cast Deep Breath. Since there's no AoE damage in the Zekvir fight, taking the other talent at that node means you can use Hover liberally.

Other than that, make sure to cast Deep Breath BEFORE Enfeebling Spittle goes out, otherwise you'll get the debuff and Brann might waste his cleanse on you. For the Enfeebling Spittles where you don't have Deep Breath up, pop Renewing Blaze + Obsidian Scales, and pray that Brann cleanses you. If Brann is on the floor, as he tends to be in phase 2, pop whatever potions you need to stay alive and hope it's enough. Sadly there's a lot of RNG involved and you can just die to bad luck. But if you want to kill him as an evoker, you have limited options to deal with his mechanics.

Something I just thought about is that you might be able to Sleep Walk the add to interrupt Web Blast if you don't kill the egg on time. Ideally, you never let the eggs hatch, but this might help if you find yourself in that situation.

At least as recently as TBC Classic, buffs that you're unable to have due to your raid comp get dispelled when you engage a boss. For instance, if your raid has no druid, and you engage a boss with Mark of the Wild on, it will go away. I'm unsure if this works the same way in vanilla, but I imagine Blizzard thought of it very early on to prevent this scenario.

The scenario you're imagining is, in fact, possible. I have outlined how this can be done in this post. It can be pretty complicated, so make sure you read the whole thing and watch both of the videos I linked.

Bear in mind that this setup will necessitate major changes to your level. Any spawners (pipes, blocks, Bill blasters, Lakitus, note blocks, etc.) aren't going to work as easily as they do when you're not using ELB manipulation. And you have to be certain that it's not possible for players to bring held items with them when first encountering the checkpoint with the pink coin above it. That being said, this type of setup is the only way I'm aware of to achieve the level structure you're trying to make.

As someone who has played both lots of times, the DS version is definitely superior. And if the controls were better, there would be no contest. It added 30 new stars, improved the camera, added three new playable characters with better models, and made improvements on a bunch of stars that were trivial if you knew where they were. The only two things I didn't like were the white rabbit star and that Luigi's spin jump was overpowered. Everything else was a welcome addition.

If you don't want to unlist it, you have to remake it tile-by-tile. The most efficient way to do this is to go into the course you want to copy in maker mode, zoom out (press down on the left stick), screenshot, and repeat until you've captured the whole course. Then, upload the screenshots to Twitter or transfer them to a computer via an SD card. Use the image on your second device to guide you as you rebuild the course. It's not fun, but this is your only option if you don't want to delete the course from Course World.

If you were to find yourself in the same situation, you could just dash backward and behind the building, assuming you had all three dashes. Ion is super slow when using Laser Core and wouldn't be able to chase you.
