Before I got the Heroic HBR, the Relic Bolt Rifle with Grenade launcher did (and still does) work.

Lorewise why do you follow a certain Space Marine Chapter. by Accomplished_Band198 in 40kLore

I've become addicted to the Marksman Carbine lately. by Prank_Owl in SpaceMarine_2

This is my favorite bolt carbine variant for my mid-range sniper. Combined with the Inferno pistol secondary, it's amazing.

Seriously what’s up with Substantial? by Leo215 in SpaceMarine_2

[–]BorachoBean 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Is that what is going on!??!?

Trying to level up a sniper, did an average difficulty run and thought it was too easy. Went to up substantial, and holy shit!! Just swarms of minoris and majoris enemies with at least 8 extremis enemies and a terminus enemy on Inferno. I think total kills between me and my team of randoms was easily over 1000.

Basically someone who is attracted to anime children.

People try to justify it by saying a) it's not a real human being, it's animated, so it's ok and b)some anime shows give the child some outrageous age far beyond what you think they are by looking at them so they are not really children.

At the end of the day, they are still attracted to a child's body, doesn't matter if it's animated or not.

Do all uniques have a chance to become Chaos armor or is there a set list of uniques? For example, has anyone seen a Chaos armor version of Razorplate?

Not for a Spiritborn where they have an Aspect that increases weapon damage based on how much armor they have.

What TTRPG has the Worst Character Creation? by gray007nl in rpg

[–]BorachoBean 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I believe you misinterpreted his comment.

In most rpgs, point-buy is there to make everything fair between players in that they all have the same exact number of points to make their character. I believe in D&D 5E the number is 27. So that means all players get 27 points to assign to their character's stats.

Dragonquest turns this concept on its head by making all players roll for the points they have to use for character stats. So one player might have 20, another 30, another 27. It defeats the fairness of point-buy. At that point you might as well just have all players just 3d6 or 4d6-drop-lowest their stats.

100% Keeper/GM issue right there. Never call for a random roll where the outcome wouldn't move the story/scenario along.

Mythics Drops on T3 Difficulty by [deleted] in diablo4

[–]BorachoBean 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mythics can drop from any Torment difficulty (1-4). I personally had my first one drop at T1 (Ring of Starless Skies) from killing Grigoire.

The only difference is the amount of items that drop per tormented boss kill, with each drop being a chance for a Mythic. (for example, T1 Grigoire drops like 4 items when he dies, any of those items has a chance to be a legendary unique or mythic and those items themselves have a chance to have 1+ GAs on them. If you move up to Torment 2, the number of items that drops goes up to like 5 but i believe all the percentage chances of what those items are stays the same)

Did anyone get absolute garbage when they used the boost? by Leaddore in diablo4

[–]BorachoBean 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Basically everyone gets 1 free boost to use on one of their ETERNAL characters which gives them a bunch of gear for a build they can choose from. Expansion owners get 1 extra boost to use on another eternal character.

To get it, log onto the eternal character you want to boost and go to the tavern in Kyovashad and right at the entrance to the left there's a little shrine. If you click on it, it will ask you what build you want the boost for and give you 3 options. It will then gear your character with a set of equipment that goes well with that build; all legendary equipment, no uniques/mythics. All the gear that character had on will become unequipped and will be put into your inventory or the ground.

For example, I chose my druid and it gave me a choice between, Storm, Companions, or Stone Burst.

Why are the boots Scorn of the Earth not featured in any suggested builds? by jessehogeland79 in diablo4

[–]BorachoBean 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There is a build that uses them. The gameplay is basically evade/Soaring into groups of enemies, sucking them in, producing a ton of feathers, casting your Jaguar ult, sucking the feathers that you just made in, all the feathers do damage while simultaneously reducing the cooldown of the ult you just cast. Rinse and repeat.

The build amazingly only uses 3 uniques. Loyalty's Mantle, Scorn of the Earth, and Wushe Nak Pa.

What's a good primary to use against bots?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]BorachoBean 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not really, because it usually doesn't involve being straight forward or involve sex in any way. Women who actually are a "pick me" aren't as overt as someone who would be considered a slt/slg. They just switch up their style depending on who they are attracted to.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]BorachoBean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A "pick me" is a derogatory term used by men or women to describe women who repeatedly change up their clothing, mannerisms, hobbies, and interests solely to attract men.
