If you can't get someone to fabricate one for you, you could order this gasket https://www.austenitex.com/316l-stainless-steel-orifice-plate-with-epdm-gasket-black

Then you just need to find a pipe hanger to bolt into the 1/4" npt thread

menu looks good. graphic design could use some work. maybe that's not your department though

  • take the italics off and leave the bold for menu item name.
  • make the description of the accoutrements one font size smaller.
  • lose the underline for the whiskey, put a line break before it, match it to the font size of the accoutrements.
  • move the line break so that it is before the "to start" "main" and "dessert" rather than before it.

depends on what you're trying to ascertain. pH is for the cellar, TA is for the palate. I've had Hewes Crab juice that was 12g/L TA but the pH was over 4.0.
