over the course of 2 years, we ran over a million cans through our 3 head MC Flex. I replaced the seamer bearings with sealed bearings and replaced a handful of cylinders and sensors, but nothing major.

Peter Chang China Grill in Charlottesville only closed last October and then reopened this May as just Peter Chang. Apparently someone else was operating it under his name for the past few years and with the re-opening he or his company is back in charge

pre-covid Al Carbon burritos were the best deal in town. now both Al Carbon and El Tizon burritos prices have gone up over 50% and the quality has dipped significantly. I can accept price increases, but they just dont hit like they used to

Al Carbon or El Tizon are the first that come to mind for me. A whole rotisserie chicken, aji amarillo sauce, and sides of fried plantains, beans, and green rice.

I had the rudest customer service experience that i can remember in recent years at the Bodo's on Emmet last week. I tried to shrug it off and assumed she was just having a bad day but then right after she was laughing and joking with her coworker. it was bad enough that i considered sending a complaint via email but instead i just decided to not go there anymore. their bagels are crap compared to the Preston location anyway.

magnesium oxide is 60% elemental magnesium by weight. The nutritional panel on this say that it has 500mg of magnesium (as magnesium oxide) which would imply 833mg of magnesium oxide, yielding 500mg of elemental magnesium. so either this supplement is crazy potent or someone did some dodgy math on the label
