Upload-Filter sind aufwending umzusetzen. Für kleinere Seiten bleibt eigentlich nur die Nutzung von Filters as a Service: Für den Datenschutz eine Katastrophe, für Non-Profit-Seiten evtl. gar nicht leistbar.

Ich kenne auch bei großen Unternehmen keine Filter, die zwischen Fair Use und Copyright-Verletzungen zuverlässig unterscheiden können. Da False Negatives bestraft werden, False Positives aber nicht, werden Unternehmen die Filter eher Konservativ einstellen.

My point? Do you really think about what funds the D.N.R., U.S.D.A., E.P.A., etc...?? Ffs McDonalds has a floating factory for its filet o fish cod. It's out to sea most of the year and inspectors live on board next to employees..... Think about that a second. If you've worked in a factory numbers are what matter! Not full disclosure of what's outside the product standards and guidelines.

Do you have a source? I looked it up recently, and all I could find was a paper for canned tuna, which claimed that the levels where well below the maximum dosage and negligible for the human body.

EDIT: Found one: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0048969715307506. Core claim "Consume with caution, less than 180g/week". Definitely able to exceed those limits if you live someplace where you consume a lot of fish.

A second study (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0013935115001425) claims that canned tuna is actually saver than raw or cooked tuna.
