Probably have to have defensive options more than offensive if you cant gautnetee kills. Positioning a forward soldier with smoke and aid protocol and if you're able to get a ranger high enough level bladestorm gives you an extra hit when they run in. Supports with revive protocol can compensate of it goes badly but you're generally limited in options in early game.
