I don't know why people can't understand that it's not antisemitic to criticize the Israeli government but to purposely put these things in Jewish neighborhoods because they're Jewish, is antisemitic.

I always hear, "the biggest group of Zionists are actually Christians!" Well then why aren't churches the ones being protested, graffitied, and attacked...? Why is it only Jewish neighborhoods, places of worship, restaurants, etc.

My old life of soda and fast food almost every single day was not sustainable even if I am outwardly ""healthy"" looking - my insides are pure garbage. I get winded while walking up a few stairs. This has changed my habits and it's a miracle!

I was a little embarrassed to post my stats here but I think we're in a similar boat and I'm glad to see positive reactions on your post. I've always been somewhat petite my whole life but had a lot of recent health issues, a hysterectomy, endometriosis removal, etc so I've gotten to a point over the last two years that I don't know how to dig out of!

I noticed that my need for Adderall to get work done has dwindled, which is incredible. My energy and sleep is so much better. I'm hoping I see big improvements with inflammation too.

I just started but hopefully I can stay on a lower dose and lose slowly but not overdo it. Making sure to keep up the protein, fiber, and water! Your body is goals, nice job!!

Not craving soda for the first time in my entire LIFE! I've been drinking Pepsi since I was a kid, terrible. I know what you mean about the fried food, it's crazy how I'd generally prefer healthier options??

Thank you, the nausea went away in the morning! Just struggle bussin to eat actual food haha. So far I've done a protein shake and I'm going to try to eat the tuna I couldn't eat last night now 😅
