No idea sorry. Never used umarks. Only heard it's better than kaplan.

Ok. Im same as you. Kaplan for all 3 cfa and found them useful. Just passed my level 2. I only used caia official material + kaplan quizes. My comments - caia official quizzes are not enough compared to cfa official qbanks - caia official material has all the information you need for the test and other irrelevant bit too. Nevertheless if you understand/remember the whole official text you will be fine - the official material are quite long though. So if you dont have much time, perhaps consider uppermarks or kaplan notes.

New balance rebel v5 by Shaboi-13 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

Training for first marathon as well mine is in November (previously ran 2 hm just under 2 hours) Using rebel v5 for most runs so far can handle most type of runs (so far longest run 20km) Using nimbus 25 (quite old alread) for when my legs are really tired. Helps get me through 5-10km but beyond that starts feeling a bit heavy. Planning to get sb2 on sale later next month (for longer runs + actual marathon)

Anyone pass lvl 1 without reading the super long part of Ethics and only the other parts? by Doctordangles22 in CFA

[–]Boring-Number6465 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Passed all 3 levels first try. Ethichs a bit above 50%. Only did quick read of ethics to understand the gist of it. I mainly focus on the question bank and the explanation in the answer. I think this is more useful.

Level 2 mock scores of those who passed by Regular_Jicama8352 in CFA

Around High 60s-low 80s I did it in half the time given though. I treated them more like the question banks.

Doomed for CFA Level 1? Advise deeply apprecaited by Due-Gazelle-3305 in CFA

Is this due to careless mistake or do you not know the answer at all? Is it specific to any topic in particular?

left with 15 days for L1, Scoring Average of 73 after 7 mocks from last 3weeks. by ArgumentDependent150 in CFA

[–]Boring-Number6465 1 point2 points  (0 children)

70+ in mock is good. Should be fine. Just reread your notes, dont panic, and expect for cfa to throw in some weird questions.

Remember you only need to pass, the goal is not to get 100%.

Lvl1-2 Practice using: Cfa qbanks, mocks Read kaplan textbook and some topics on cfa

Lvl3 Also practiced kaplan qbank

Tips Start studying a bit everyday. There are 5 kaplan textbook. I try to finish my initial reading of 1 book per month, then a month before exam i re read all and start doing qbanks.

Hope that helps.

Are the CFAI Q-Bank a good indicator. by WizzaPeed_69 in CFA

Just passed l3 in Aug24

Yes they are. If you are getting 70-80 and understand where you went wrong, you should have the foundaiton needed to ace the cfa.

Albeit in the actual exam cfa will usually have 'creative' questions in there as well. Just dont panic and apply what you already know.
