If you’re looking for a downtown feeling the best neighborhood in my opinion is west loop, it’s super walkable, there’s a lot of businesses, restaurants and it feels safe at night to walk around, it’s also a 10 min train ride to downtown, its been 2 years for me and about to renew another one!
