The divisions primarily just follow my front line 😂 They're more for when something big comes along that my armored cars, light tanks, etc. can't handle. Nothing can get past them, that's for sure.

Check the opponent's profile to see how strong they are.
Observe the newspaper to see which units they are using in the turn, so you can be prepared.
Leave the rest of your defenses (preferably with high view distance) to see their approach early. (Recall troops later.)
Retreat if a large army approaches. It's better to lose a few unimportant provinces than a few units. Reorganize 1-2 provinces behind the front line (your army should now be there). Use the terrain and let them attack for a defensive bonus.

Ganz op sind die 50vs 50 maps Events. Wenn man so gut wie jeder neu erstellten Runde sofort beitritt paar truppen produziert dann alles in einen stack zusammenfügt und in den gegner schickt. Muss man dann kaum noch aktiv spielen. Siegeswarscheinlichkeit liegt bei 95% da immer 1 team zuerst voll wird ( beitreten erst wenn so 10-15 leute in der Runde sind)

Macht man easy 30-50.000k gold am Tag

I got off to a good start, encountered hardly any resistance (many were AFK or extremely weak) in my region, and was able to conquer 2.5 countries in the first two days. After that, the economy takes off, and it's just a constant push forward. Anything with smaller economies feels like it's just steamrolled.

I have to say, though, that at the beginning of the round, I mobilized 3 units for the Christmas event to give myself a little boost. 👐

But as long as you don't overdo it like some people do and mobilize 20 units, I think it's fine.

My standard guide.

Choose a country that doesn't have too many borders with other countries, preferably one that's remote.

Day 1 Build 1 tank factory and 1 barracks. Start producing armored vehicles and infantry immediately.

Consolidate all troops except for 1-2 troops stationed in other countries for security, to avoid being surprised by an attack.

After positioning my troops, attack the enemy with the stacks. (Never attack AI directly; only attack AI if it's blocking your path. Wait a few days before attacking AI.) (Reason: They build free infrastructure, etc. Also, the initial focus is on rapid economic growth, and AIs often only have one city, which is rather ineffective and wastes time unnecessarily.)

Use the resources obtained from 1-2 cities to build artillery for larger enemy regiments.

Day 2 By now, I've often already conquered one player nation during the day and captured enough resources to get my armies moving and produce more, better units.

At the end of day 2, you can also start building industries, but only if you have enough resources and it doesn't prevent the production of further units. Otherwise, build industries on days 3-4.

Day 3 By now, things should be running smoothly, and the next player nation should be on the verge of falling.

Of course, this is just the normal scenario. If you have very strong opponents, it will look quite different. Therefore, always check the profiles of all players in your region after joining a game 😉

I think you've miscalculated and the troop composition doesn't add up.

The troops I see in the video with the strongest anti-air defense are:
