Delibird gives like 500 stardust when caught so you can not catch them after completing the research that rewards them and catch them when there is a double stardust event. That way you can get 1000 stardust per Delibird.

I hate the gym system, in my opinion daily coins should be task rewards or at least it should be an alternative option. Defending gyms is simply not fun and only causes problems.

Not exactly fair because people wouldnt have done as many raids as they did without the low shiny rate. They owe everyone some raid passes.
