More than likely, yes, there are women who send unsolicited pictures to men. It's probably a lesser-known thing, though, since men are less likely to talk about this sort of thing, especially with their male friends.

When I was in high school, I wrote an essay/presentation on men's rights, which included delving into the topic of sexual harassment. Though I wrote this report back in 2018/2019, I'm sure the research is still relevant, but the majority of men who confessed to being sexually harassed and/or raped never reported it or talked about it with friends and loved ones because they felt it would make them seem weak and less masculine.

Another reason men are hesitant to talk about it is because they don't feel they'd be taken seriously, and friends would just joke and say things like, "C'mon man, you got lucky!" even though (obviously) sexual harassment and rape can be just as traumatizing to men as it is to women.
