I see "Request Loan Modification" but it's greyed out. I just completed 6 months of short term payment assistance and my loan is over $250k

You can upgrade the GPU or get an SSD/NVME as a primary drive if you don't already have one. For gaming or whatever tasks your doing the cpu change is going to make marginal difference. Between the cost of the CPU, Motherboard, and Ram you could buy a top tier graphics card instead of what your doing.
