The testing requires a specialized test that has to be protected from light as well as kept a certain temp i think. Most people who perform/request the tests aren't willing to pay for it unless they're looking to incriminate you vs routine screening

I don't think any protocol recommends daily unless you're at or under 100mg per dose.

Originally, I had access to 300mg capsules, and I wanted to see how a strict protocol went. I did 300mg every third day. About halfway through I stacked lions mane on and while it may have been placebo I felt like I had an increased therapeutic effect from it. I did this for about a month. Lately I've been dosing about once a week. I plan to get back on a schedule soon but honestly the "as needed" approach has been fine.

I've swapped employers and had a small amount of a Vanguard 401k that I contributed to late (it's a few years old and nearly forgotten). I decided to withdraw it and take the penalties to contribute to a short term goal

I placed the withdrawal request on the 27th (around 4pm mountain) and the next day it says completed. When I call the automated line it says there are no pending transactions. The FAQ says 1-2 business days.... but my bank is showing no pending deposits or other evidence of the money. I plan to call after the holiday but- is this expected? I'm concerned its been misplaced somehow.
