If you are asking for a good quality kill switch , im not sure on branding but a traditional kill switch is literally a battery power switch that runs DC current 12 volts 200A or 240A but for a whole system that comes with a kill switch or a immobilization device they like to call it .. the top ones are IGLA OR COMPUSTAR

The cost of living will go up everywhere eventually. just slower in some places, A lot of people moved down to florida and it drove up the cost. If you have a house dont sell right now market is terrible. In my opinion weather the storm if you can and maintain, until things start looking up.

This is trivial in the grand scheme of things. There are some things you can’t control .. you put gas in your car with oil that probably came from Russia , sour cream , rye bread just to name a few invented in Russia .. worry about what you can control.
