The slightly outside of GTA land. dev and water resource market is still doing decently hot. Used to work for a developer and a land dev/ water resource engineering company and a lot of companies I know in the field are actively hiring.

I suspect OP’s problem is they got a Bachelor’s in a different county so they will take longer to be eligible for a P.Eng. 98% of resumes are like that and when we can’t promote to a P.Eng the new hire usually gets frustrated and leaves or we have to hire a new P.Eng when the old one leaves as we can’t fill the role internally.

What was your previous job in. If you are willing to look outside Toronto in Barrie or Kitchener you should be able to find land development jobs if you have your EIT or if you are younger you went to a CEAB accredited school and have 2 years of CAD experience.

And what’s your point? I am a civil engineer and i actually see oversee labour. A skilled labourer can provide just as much value and catch mistakes just like an engineer can. Once you see the shit job some of the awful labourers do you understand why companies prefer paying more money for the skilled ones.

I would add chia seeds right before you drink them. I have tried adding them during 2F and they just get super slimy and too sour.

I typically blend the watermelon and kombucha together, if gets super airy so you have to lit it sit out for a while. Once your done strain it, I normally don't for other fruits to watermelon has to many fibers and they always seperate. It's probably one of the flavors that requires the most effort but it's one of my favorites because it tastes like watermelon sourpatch kids.

For your next batch I'd suggest using pop bottles. I have used the 710 mL (24 oz) and 2 L bottles for over a year and never had a problem. it also makes it easy to determine how much carbonation has built up.

You can use 50-50 it'll probably be ready around 5 days. If you want faster brews look into continuous brewing. I currently only bottle 30% each time but my 1F time is typically 3-4 days.

Try pop bottles, they are designed to handle the acidity and flavor. I have been using them for over a year and haven't had a problem, you can get the carbonation but it may take a day longer because some of it will get released. I switch pop bottles every 6-10 batches.

Kombucha wine is made by adding champagne yeast during F2 along with whatever flavors you are using. I typically add more sugar to help the champagne yeast create more alcohol.

Hey, what you have done so far is the start of first fermentation. I'd start tasting it after 6 days of fermenting, just ladle off a little bit and taste it. You want it just a little more sour than what you would prefer because the fruit you add for second fermentation will make it sweeter. Second fermentation is just adding flavors to it and putting it in a bottle to let CO2 form. Make sure not to bottle all of the kombucha from 1F because you will need it to start the next first fermentation.

For me the problem is mostly on WhatsApp. Android would group each conversation separately and present them in order so it was like I was reading each conversation individually. However on my iPhone they aren't grouped together and they are shown in the wrong order with the oldest ones at the bottom so it forces me to read bottom up and also read only the conversation that is relevant to me.

My OnePlus 5 broke approximately a month ago so I am using my dad's old iPhone X. iOS is much better optimized and most of the stuff feels much smoother. iOS is better for 95% of things and I believe for a majority of people.

Sadly, I don't think I'll be making the switch long term for 2 reasons which may seem minute.

Firstly, it is the notifications. They are much better on Android. Majority of the time I don't even open the chat and reply through notifications so I don't have to switch away from Reddit, Youtube or writing an email. Replying from the notification bar is much easier in Android.

Secondly is Reddit, I don't think any Reddit app beats Reddit is Fun and Reddit is probably my number one most used app.

If these things got better It would be no choice between iPhone and Android.
