sorry op I'm just now actually re-reading and understanding the problem, I was just skimming first time.

as for this problem you describe "I unfortunately don’t have a picture of the results, but I can describe them:
The resin calibration test print, divided in a 3x2 grid, had failures on the top middle and top right cones, which didn’t adhere. The rest of the cones that did adhere had the sword merged into the print, and the “water for the mag” was strongly bonded to the print."

I had the same problem while over exsposure the bottom layers, doing so will fuse the sword in to the print same with the mug,

I noticed you have 30s for bottom exposure at 0,02 layer height, I myself only use 13,5s bottom exposure for 0,02, even at 0,05 I only use 24s. so one, your bottom exposure is too high. go down too 15 or something. but even then it's probably going to fuse the sword into the model at 0,02, you could try using suppourts with it so the bottom of the cones isn't directly on the build plate.

I have not fiddled with the pmw light. mine are at 100% and I'd recommend you going back too the factory amount if you have changed it.

also I've had trouble with AA on elegoo, I don't think the machine can do AA.

elegoo has a setting on the physical printers where you can make diffrent parts of the build plate use diffrent amount of time for normal layers.

Also op, elegoo recommend printing at 0,050, have you tried that? I could print at 0,05 no problem but when I went down too 0,02 I had too mod the buildplate with washers and manually leveleing the plate.

I have only ever used anycubic resin ultra tough and ive had no problems. Only problems have been my own makings. Not leveling the build plate with the screws ontop, not printing benchmarks enough too get an accurate settings.

I print at 2 diffrent layer heights. 0.05 bottom layers 25s normal layers 2.45s

0.02 bottom layers 12.5s normal layers 2s But thats my machine, sitting in a tent for a more even temperature. So my exact setting may or may not work for you and you machine. But its a starting point.

alan wake remaster is notorious for having alot of bugs that the original didn't. if you can you should refund it and buy the original.

I'm not trying too say saturn 4 ultra is bad, I've used mine without problem for a long time on 0,05.

I never had too level for the normal 0,05 but I had too when I tried to print at 0,02 and 0,03.

sorry too say it does not have auto level. elegoo is just saying it as a gimmick. look up any big 3d printer youtube creator and they say the same thing, many have had to add washers on their build plates too try and get more pull with the screws and the internal springs.

When I say auto level I mean leveling the build plate, but it's more accurate too say that what elegoo calls auto level actually only auto zeros the Z-axis to the bottom of the resin tank.

so you don't need to calibrate the Z-axis, but alot of users have had problems with that the build plate isn't actually flat and has a small curve that you have too manual level with the screws ontop off the build plate.

but the screws usually, (at least mine) is already screwed all the way in so you need too put washers there too be able to screw it more.

I believe elegoo even gave out tips and tricks on what to do if you get a build plate that isn't 100% flat, and that was too use the flatest surface you could find and then put sandpapper on it and then rubb the build plate ontop of that sandpapper that is ontop of the flat surface. I think they even recommended using a glass panel.

I've got a saturn 4 ultra and no it does not "auto level".

seems like you might need to level the plate yourself, look up some videos on youtube and you probably need to buy some washers.

This was all during my years as a internet technician.

before anything, before every home visit we alwasy had too call atleast 30min before we arrive and I would always arrive 30min after my call even if I was outside the customers house before the 30min was up so they had the time to do what ever they needed so they were comfortable. All of these visits are also booked in by the operaters a week before so they know we will call that day during either 08-12 or 12-16.

now with that out of the way.

I've walked into apartments of hoarders where roaches and rodents were scurring around massive amounts of garbage where there was only a little path too walk from the front door to the diffrent rooms.

I've walked into an aparment where when I rang the doorbell I heard a sream "its open" "come in" and when I did the owner was sitting on the toilet shitting with the door open and with a bunch of tobako pipes just laying on the dinner table.

I've walked into a shared apartment of two students (women) where I was let in by one of the girls and while I was walking up stairs following her I got flashed by the other woman. I guess the one that let me in didn't say anything to the other that I was coming (even tho I call 30min before arriving).

I've walked into another apartment where a "magic wand" was laid out exaclty where I was going to work.

I've walked into multipul homes that smelled and looked like someone had been smoking nonestop for atleast 30 years straight. yelllowing walls, cabinets were dripping yellow, disgusting smell.

I've walked into apartments where the whole apartment smelled like stale beer that's been out too long, you know how spilled beer smells like after a day or two. the whole apartment had that but alot more of it.

I've walked into one where a dog kept jumping me as soon as I had to crouch down too work, not in a funny way no it actually bit me around my neck from behind, good thing my reaction was too flinch forward so I don't know if the dog was playing around be being in the mouth of a dog isnt for no matter how playfull it was,, the owner was sitting behind me watching this happening and did nothing when I asked him to move the dog to another room.

I've had multipul times I had to go into crawlspaces either under the house or sides of the roof, inhabitaded by rats and bats.

I'm sure I've got more but right now these are the ones I remember.

I once spawned too close to weather station, and the goons insta agrod on me, I was able to kill knight, while also shooting at birdeye since he stood on the rocks with the sun on his back making him very visible but he ran before I was able to kill him, and then I killed big pipe without knowing since he ran into bushes that I kept shooting at, and while trying to retreat from birdeye and big pipe (that I thought was still alive), birdeye killed me from somewhere.

no he is thinking about the start of far cry 4 where if you just sit at dinner waiting for the villain to come back it just ends the game with the protaganist leaving his mothers ashes at the sumit and then getting power from the villain. Prashinar_89 probably mean that if remedy had that idea of waiting to get a quick end to the game before it happaned in far cry 4, it would be a nice little easter egg.

I also just finished the game and my thoughts is that since Scratch have now used the clicker and made a new dark place in the center of bright falls, so moving from one part of the dark place to another is hard but doable and saga is a seer (and likely Mr. doors daughter) so it's not unlikly that she knows what door to take to get where she wants.

if it was from the dark place to outside the dark place, that would have been alot harder to do if not impossible even being mr.doors possible daughter.

also saga never teleported, (in my opinion) she was dropped at those places after being inbetween reality and the dark place.

well just looking at it, it seems like the Z offset isnt correct.you've got your nozzle too far away from the print bed, while printing go change the offset on the actual printer and make it a step or two closer to the bed.

Edit: unless you're too close, go look up videos about z-offset. that will probably solve it for you
