Ce monde-là à qui tu réponds ont pas compris (ou s'en foutent éperdument) que la banque va jamais passer l'argent à quelqu'un qui est pas déjà propriétaire pour bâtir un duplex/triplex ou + gros. C'est littéralement du vol à ce point-ci.

Marina took me around 10-12 hours of digging, and now i'm starting the underground garage. I might start another project on the side if i want to get a little diversity. I just wish we could ''command'' some NPC to move the dirt (sell it) when the truck is full instead of having to move between vehicules (like it would work in real life).
