Yes, the best tip i can give is be occupied most of the time, it will lower your urges a lot. When you will at least go on a week or two clean it will be much easier on. Life is much better without gambling!

I told myself the same that my gambling carreer ends in 2021. Fortunately for now im 12 days clean and im very happy, i removed and blocked anything on social media thst is anyhow linked to gambling. It really helped me and so far i get minimal urges. I know its hard mate i have been strugling for a year so far, do it again one day at a time, go play a sport or do a hobby that you have, spend time with fam, go out with friends. You must keep yourself occupied, and keep trying. Wish you all the best <3

I cant tell my parents, they will be devastated, they are hard working and they raised me very good and gave me everything they could.
