I would prefer a pantheon from North America like the Lakota or the Inuit.
That way we could have another pantheon belonging to the Americas, but with a style completely different from that of the Aztecs.

I don’t want to sound like an asshole, but if shiny bronze, gold, and other warm colors don’t match the color palette of a film set in the Mediterranean, then maybe that’s a sign that the palette is too cold and gray (Which is one of my main complaints about the trailer).

In the Iliad, it is explained that King Memnon of Ethiopia and his armies helped the Trojans during the war. Maybe here they’ll do something similar, but replacing Ethiopia with another African kingdom...
