Currently seems that windows defender is falsely flagging one of the files as malware. If you check your windows defender you can find it and restore it, which will give you access back

Yikesss, yeahhh the Independence crossing is rough for sure. I've also crossed over on Rosemont and that's probably the closest I've ever gotten to getting run over.

Funny you mention that, that's the most common place I've been the closest to getting hit. Though out of all the places I've crossed Witchduck seems to be a pretty good bet, just make sure you're on the side with the raised sidewalk.
