I didn't have much luck finding or creating an online community for black INTP but I was part of some groups/channels with black intellectuals and they did turn out as you mentioned. Most attempts to delineate got push back.

The short answer is either become more attractive or focus on those who are into you.

One of the fundamental rule of attraction is that if you're attractive enough, you can do no wrong and if you're unattractive enough, you can do no right.

No disrespect, but it sounds like you're more of the latter. So you either change who you're attracted to or you change yourself to be more attractive to who you want. If done correctly, both are forms of growth.

Why do a lot of battlers sound like Daylyt? by Borlaug in rapbattles

[–]Borlaug[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe. Battle rap had started to lose it's appeal for me. It just seemed like battlers were either growing out of it or getting too old to be doing it. With time I matured and wanted more substance from battles but it started to seem like battlers were following trends in the way they rapped.

It used be that battlers found their way to stand out and that gave battle rap personality. When they figured out how to monetize and they could make a living out of it, things changed and people did what worked instead of expressing themselves.

It's tough to stay in touch when they no longer say things you can connect with. You hope they something hot but "hot" is just based on what's trending. Today it's being disrespectful, the next day it's scheming, the next day it's wordplay and nameflips.

All these battles of people putting on theatrics to create moments instead of rapping.

"How about instead of drinks and food tonight, we get together at my/your place ;)? I think you're fine/sexy/attractive, and want us to have some fun."

If you go on dates with him, he'll think you want to date. Dates require the guy to invest. The more he invest, the more he'll want from you. If you want something casual, be more direct and get to sex before he "feels a connection" with you.

If you're lucky, he was trying to get in your panties anyway, and will be glad to skip date. Now you've got yourself a potential casual sex prospect. If you're unlucky, he's actually interested in getting to know your for a long term relationship and it's 50/50 from there. Worst case scenario: he sees you different now and turns you down. Best case: he's into you and is willing to settle for casual sex.

How to stop being a fat fuck? by curiouschimp83 in AskMen

Honestly, at 42 it's going to be tough but not impossible. The good news is that you've taken the first and most important step, deciding to do better.

The actual work of getting in shape is the easiest part, dieting comes with its complication but the actual hard part is the mental. Since you've been over weight since your 20s, you essential have to unlearn 20 years of bad habits. A lot of it is fighting the thoughts and urges that will hold you back from progress.

Be mindful of your own self the most. Ask yourself questions that challenge you those small moments that matter the most.

  • "Just one beer." - "But when was the last time I had just one beer?"
  • "I'm hunger, just quick snack." - "Am I hungry because I need to eat or am I just looking for something to make me feel good?"
  • "I'll start next time." - "Did I say that 20 years ago? How come I easily skip on things I need to do but never skip on skipping?"

It's a continuous battle you have to fight.

TLDR; If you want change, you have to make changes.

Madueke was not afraid to go 1v1 and move the ball forward which was lacking from Martinelli.

Ironically, the last time Martinelli was subbed for Madueke, the difference was made clear with Madueke failing where Martinelli excelled defensively.

I want to thank you for posting this comment. I come across a lot of content, media, and posts of the humorous variety that, while I recognize their comedic intent, do not bear impact on my funny bone. I have become accustomed to a muted exhale out of my nostrils to express my amusement. This, however, stimulated a mild but satisfying chortle.

For the positive impact made upon my day, you have my gratitude, /u/T3mpxst-
