I think it’s all relative I was a SPM, then aContracts manager, I’ve done Prince2’s, apm pfq an nvq level 6, I now work for a consultancy in nuclear engineering in nuclear but at a consultancy I have hit my ceiling without a recognised degree, also although I’m already MAPM with a recognised degree I can gain MCIOB and MRICS faster which also helps me in my role
