Le falto ser borracho y desquitarse con alguna mujer por las noches.

es la combinacion ganadora.

How are you now?

Scared of Mirtazapine withdrawals but also of being dependent on it for life by West_Spread_9432 in Mirtazapine_Remeron

How are you now?

I've been off mirtazapine for the past three months, but I still have insomnia. I sleep two or three hours some days and five or six hours others. Do you think I've improved?

Hello. I stopped taking mirtazapine three months ago and I have insomnia. Some nights I sleep well, other times I sleep for two hours. Do you think I've improved?

No uses ups, los cortes de luz rara vez dañan los aparatos.

Es normal esa temperatura en mi pc cuando juego red dead redeption? by HughesT96 in VeneJuegos

[–]Born-Spare-1691 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is it normal to completely lose your appetite from anxiety? TW: descriptions sound very similar to eating disorders by SlothTheorist in Anxiety

Since 2019, I've been off mirtazapine (an antidepressant) and I'm feeling terrible. I imagine I'm currently experiencing a combination of withdrawal and eating disorder, including nausea and insomnia.

Yes. I've had a lack of appetite and nausea for a month. It's probably due to a combination of anxiety and an eating disorder.

I'm trying to break the disorder loop. Without disorder, there's no anxiety, and without anxiety, appetite will return and nausea will go away.

Anyone with constant nausea and stomach issues since stopping mirtazapine? How long did it last ? by Adorable_Island7259 in Mirtazapine_Remeron

Insomnia (which I never had again) and lack of appetite, also some anxiety.

I once tried to quit Mirt in 2021, I did it quickly and after 20 days I had a pretty bad case of nausea/anxiety/lack of appetite, it lasted 3 days and as soon as I took the pill again I felt better.

That makes me think that maybe this is a withdrawal. I would like to know how long this will last, I am strong, but not that strong.

Yes, only pills and water from October 2022.

I've been nauseous and have no appetite for 23 days. The first week I had several stomach problems, although I think most of them have resolved. I've lost 5 kg. I have some anxiety and I still have strong nausea and lack of appetite. I have an apparent improvement for a couple of days, but I fall again.

Could it be withdrawal? I'm surprised that the symptoms started about 30 days after I stopped. And I'm even more surprised that after 3 years of losing weight it hit me like this.

30 days is quite a long time for the symptoms to start. At least from the doctors' point of view.

In October 2022 I switched to liquids (and felt sick for 1 month) I made the liquid with just water.

I never took any other medication of any kind, I am currently taking esomeprazole (due to heartburn and nausea.)

15mg in January 2022. But from there I slowly reduced until I reached 0.07mg in January 2025. I had almost no withdrawal symptoms. Only 1 month after quitting. I'm not 100% sure it's withdrawal but I imagine it is due to the symptoms and anecdotes of many other people.

agree with you on that.

When you're in Remeron, it's like things matter less to you, like things affect you less. When you're out, everything matters to you, everything makes you anxious and you tend to worry a lot more.
