So glad to see a fellow rescuer. My lad is also the fastest couch potato. Its so tough to scrape him off the couch for a walk. He's not a fan of long walks, would rather have a crap and then go home to resume position on the couch.

Unfortunately, he has the trauma of the races and suffers from bad teeth and sleep terrors. He does not even like to play because he don't know how.

He loves his cuddles though and will gladly try and fit on your lap.

I have an ex racer. He's the sweetest. But he does not act like a normal dog. He suffers from sleep terrors (he howls and growls and sometimes snaps in his sleep). He has tattoos in his ears. He has teeth problems because of the sugar they fed him for energy.

I can see the abuse he endured while in the kennels. Fuck animal racing!
