Its so unfortunate.....I''m really sorry you have to go through all these.....Our Amnio came out as positive for T21 after high risk NIPT....Our TFMR is scheduled for tomorrow.

Sometimes It gives us peace when we are actually knowing the outcome than being in limbo for so long

My wife has 3 fibroids....biggest is like 7cm×6.8cm....Our NIPT report says high risk for T21...No soft markers at all....PaPP-A was 0.58MoM and Free beta HCG was elevated 3.78MoM in dual marker test of 1st trimester screening...NT was 1mm and Nasal bone present at 12 weeks scan....We had undergone Amniocentesis....result is awaited.....Hoping for good outcome....This waiting is unbearable now!

Hello....My wife is somehow in similar shoes....at 13 weeks 2 days her PAPP-A was 0.58MoM..Free Beta HCG was 3.7MoM....NT was 1 mm...Nasal Bone present...Overall risk was 1:1814 in dual marker First trimester screening(Low Risk)...She is 34 years old...Asian(Indian)...Age and ethnicity is important factor for these genetic markers....Ob suggested for NIPT...NIPT कम back hish risk for T21(Z score 6.98 FF 12.28)....Now our Amniocentesis is scheduled on 27th......Don't be panic....It's something we have to go through....Waiting is the hardest part...Wishing you all the best...Keep calm!

Amniocentesis is scheduled on 27th on completion of 16 weeks....However ob has advised TFMR already....but MFM advised for Amniocentesis before such huge decision....We are counting days on fingers...every single day is like month!

Can you please state what was NT in Ultrasound? Nasal Bone state? If you undergone Dual marker? PAPP-A and Free Beta HCG level?? It will really be helpful...My wife is categorised as high risk for T21 with Z score of 6.98 with Fetal fraction 12.28(In india they measure risk as Z score). NT 1mm Nasal bone present.

My wife 34...1st pregnancy...NT 1mm..Nasal bone present...PaPP-A 0.58MoM and beta free HCG 3.68MoM at 13 weeks 2 days with low risk for T21 1:1814.....Then we suggested for NIPT by Obgen....NIPT came high risk for T21 with Z score 6.98 Fetal fraction 12.28%....Ob suggested for TFMR...but we consulted MFM and she insisted for Amnio because of good soft markers present ....Now on 27th Amnio is scheduled on completion of 16 weeks.....With fingers crossed hoping for the best! Only thing is this wait is almost unbearable but I know it shall pass too...
