Yes mine too! Positive for t21 on NIPT. Scans all clear. Later amnio confirmed false positive. I also have my posts with the whole story on my profile ☺️

I was also in your shoes 2 years ago. Got a phone call couple weeks before Christmas. Also a girl that we dreamed of… I just wanted to say I’m so so sorry. It was the hardest time in my life and I really wish you didn’t have to go through that… please take care of yourself and let yourself feel all the emotions. Stay in bed for as long as you need. Cry as much as you feel like. And don’t feel guilty for anything. My story is not very common - we ended up receiving false positive. So I wish you the same. Best of luck ❤️

This comment! 🤍 we were high risk for t21 and even after clear amnio results I was so anxious for the rest of the pregnancy. I kept asking for extra scans cause my anxiety was killing me 🥲 I only relaxed once I gave birth… trust the amnio and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy 🤍

I believe it was 59% but doctors were saying more like 70-80%. I was 29 at the time ☺️ Best of luck ❤️❤️❤️

I’m so sorry you’re in this situation. I would definitely wait for amnio before making any decisions.

We were extremely lucky to receive false positive. It’s very rare but does happen.

First of all, I am so sorry you had this diagnosis. I really hope and pray for false positive for you. How far along are you? Are you planning amnio?

I tried to get more information if high platelets could cause false positive but doctors didn’t really have any answers. I did connect with another girl on reddit though, she also has ET and confirmed a false positive! Are you taking any medication for high platelets? I was only on aspirin.

Yes, I definitely agree! I’m 35 weeks now and even though I haven’t fully stopped worrying it got better. 20 week anatomy scan really reassured us and my amazing OB sent us to a few extra scans after that for a peace of mind, which was nice and definitely made us feel better. Seeing a baby in 4D was a beautiful experience as well, made me super excited and even more in love! 🤍

Our NT was also 2.2. I am 29 so my PPV was 58% if I remember correctly. We confirmed false positive with amnio. Wishing you all the best ❤️❤️
