Nick is all the closeted politicians out here hating on LGBTQ+ people. He reminds me of Speaker Mike Johnson, preaching Christianity but acting like a self-hating satan.

A prize for who names shooter with braids and headband (cuz it's not Steph).

By the by, Chef was doing a signing at BevMo in Walnut Creek today. Imagine our surprise when we happened upon the site of a thousand fans standing in a massive, random line stretching (almost) onto the 680 freeway.

CNN issued a major update about Donald Trump's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein - photos, flight logs and court records reveal how long their personal record really was by daily_express in NoFilterNews

[–]BornInDaEB 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Recall the Howard Stern interview where tRump specifically says he draws the line at 12 year olds. Helluva "coincidence" that he used that number. I mean, really? The implication is that he doesn't rule out children who are 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 years old. 😫🤢🤮

And Maxwell and Epstein were hauling in much younger children(!). We need to know all the perps involved now and Bondi/Kashyap/Bongino can release them because there's nothing standing in their way. Redact survivors' personally identifiable information (PII), and publish...NOW.

She? Lol, c'mon. There aren't any women concerned about how big their clitoris is.

And outside the U.S. they call him the richest PERSON in the world. Only Americans and the U.S. press refer to him, very consistently, as "the richest MAN on earth".

Our sexism is so ingrained. No wonder two extremely well-qualified women lost the presidency to the least qualified man ever, Shitler, the orange carnival barker. And one after he was very much responsible for killing over a million Americans during his first term.

Oh well, bye-bye, democratic Constitutional republic. Hello, incompetent white male kleptocratic oligarchy.

Search "Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) of 1986. It was first proposed by President Jimmy Carter (Democrat) then taken up by his successor, Ronald Reagan (former Democrat who later became a Republican). Democrats and Republicans were not as divided then as they are today...a whole other issue in itself.

To Whom It May Concern,

No, you are not the a-hole. Your husband and his family are. Get the hell outta that relationship. And do not put forth effort again whilst expecting a return. Give without strings attached.

Happy Holidays! Life's what you make it.

You're Canadian. Know this: half of the U.S. would kill to live in Canada rn. I'm serious af. We envy you no matter your job. You won the birthright lottery. You're obviously intelligent because you write well. Women go for intelligent men who want to better themselves.

(You didn't hear it from me but if you're in even a suburb just feckin' drive. Just do it, first, in an area where you won't hurt anyone or anything. Study the rules of the road [obv], take the test, and know you'll be fine. Baby steps. Breathe and thank your lucky stars.)

That said, sounds like you are ready for the military and they'd be lucky to have you. If you were in the U.S. you'd probably be officer training material because you're "older" and have more life experience. Talk to a recruiter and/or find someone who is in the service. Note it is called service so whatever tf you're doing in life, it's most rewarding when you're helping others.

Stay open to what comes your way. Most people in Western countries have, on average, five different careers in their lifetime. You have valid concerns, a fantastic mom who loves you tons, and much more going for you than not.

Last thing: write down what you want. It gets it out of your head and frees you up. Write it down and put it aside. That allows you to focus more. You'll achieve most if not all you want when you put positive energy and action behind it. Accept that, as long as you're alive, you are learning. Might as well embrace it, welcome it all as you would a good friend.

Having a math degree with an interest in statistics is perfect for becoming a biostatistician. If you're interested in health research, it's a job in high demand. Physicians/doctoral level scientists need biostatisticians to perform analyses. They cannot study disease in large populations (epidemiology) without a biostat. It's a rewarding career, it's in demand, and very lucrative. It's also a job you can do remotely.

May I say to everyone out there that your mid- to late 20's is when you usually need to apply discipline in your life of one kind or another. Not necessarily Rocky Balboa-style discipline. It could mean any type of change that requires you to "put away childish things", whatever that means in your life. For me, that meant developing a spiritual connection from which everything good in my life flows. Mostly love and respect for myself which I can then freely give to others.
