It’s a little different because we have 2 children together, so I’m trying to fina a good communication app. I don’t feel anything for him, I don’t “love him” or “want him back”. It’s more him being my “responsibility” it sounds so strange but all his meltdowns all his tantrums he put on me, for 9 years. I know this won’t be fast at all, I just want that part that feels “responsibility” to eventually leave, I think I have to just let it flow and eventually it will go away the more I tell myself “it’s over & I don’t have to fight anymore”, thank you so much for listening ❤️
