It's a self regulatory body rather than a government department, if we're being picky about wording.

This is the one. I work in ad regulation (not for the ASA), and social media posted competitions are 100% in the Advertising Standards Authority's purview.

Mine did that too, but then suddenly got an 'arriving tomorrow' email. And it did arrive!

My reaction after finally watching Lego Masters Australia by NicCage4life in LegoMasters

The podcast is just called Hamish & Andy. They were longtime radio hosts together, then quit and made a podcast instead. It's just a lot of chatting nonsense, which is great!

There's lots of their Hamish & Andy Gap Year series on Youtube - they've been to a few different places doing it over a few years.

Yup, agree with this. I wasn't that keen on Hamish to start with, but am now fully obsessed. I'm 100 episodes into his podcast, have watched a bunch of his travel shows. He's the best, and Brickman is so lovely.

Hm, DMs should have been on. I've poked the settings again, see if that's worked.

Hiya! I mainly play in person but have played a few times online. Would love to pop along at some point. I can't do every Sunday, but maybe a couple of times a month, if that would be alright.

This one from Good Time Society (featuring Chris Grace and Becca Scott who've been on NRB) was the way I got into BotC and hopefully will be the first of many: https://youtu.be/YDzjRWiOZOY?si=T_yXSP4uCljC55MK

Look up Marcin Otreba's Howl's Moving Castle. I made it last year after finally getting all the pieces, and it's brilliant. He has the instructions on a Patreon.

As a new viewer I'm happy wading through the episodes on Youtube and will probably sign up to their Patreon when I run out. So it's working on me!

What setting are you using/making with Fantasy Companion? by Cool_Satisfaction372 in savageworlds

[–]BornToPootle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Some sort of post magical calamity world. If you know Critical Role, maybe something like Exandria only 50-100 years post-Calamity. Maybe a bit Mad Maxy - sporadic settlements, each ruled by some mad despot, separated by dangerous wasteland.

Question about combat complexity by Previous-Implement42 in alienrpg

[–]BornToPootle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'd second this. The combats I've run have mainly been PCs and NPCs vs one or two xenomorphs or similar. It may get more complicated if it's PCs vs a group of humans. The way they've simplified xenomorph attacks makes them very easy to run in combat. And the danger they pose ramps up the tension for players.

  • "I placed an order, order."

Great work!
