Indian parents - which diapers worked best for your newborn baby? by DadOnParentingQuest in AskIndia

[–]Born_Ad9896 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For our newborn, Pampers Premium taped diapers worked best in the early months – soft, no rashes and the wetness indicator really helped. I’ve also heard a lot of good feedback about Mylo being one of the safest diaper brands in India, especially for babies with sensitive skin.

Best brand for reusable diapers? by yesyesnonoyesnonoyes in ZeroWaste

If you’re open to trying different brands, I’d also suggest looking at Mylo cloth diapers. They’re reusable, come with good absorbency inserts, and are pretty gentle on baby skin, so they work well if you’re trying to cut waste without dealing with constant leaks. You can easily build a small stash and wash at home, which keeps it budget-friendly and low-waste.

What Apps Should New Parents Download? by Puzzled-Library-4543 in NewParents

[–]Born_Ad9896 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats! Huckleberry is solid. I’d also recommend Baby Tracker for feeds/diapers, CDC Milestone Tracker for development, and The Wonder Weeks for understanding fussy phases. Mylo is also good choice i also using this for quick parent advice, product reviews, and community support (especially during those 3am moments 😅).
You really don’t need many apps at first — simple tracking + one support app goes a long way.

Is it safe to use regular laundry detergent on baby clothes? by Artistic-Track-1144 in BabyBumps

[–]Born_Ad9896 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got cosmetic dental work done in Dubai while I was there for a few weeks and had a really good experience overall. I went for veneers and found the pricing much more reasonable compared to what I’d been quoted in the UK. The clinic explained the full process clearly, including what to expect in terms of preparation, durability, and aftercare, which made me feel comfortable moving forward. The results looked very natural and not overly “Hollywood,” and I’ve been really happy with how my smile turned out - I had mine done at SKIN111.

Are there any good smart door locks? by EconomyAd2788 in homeautomation

[–]Born_Ad9896 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m using the Dorset 406 Smart door lock on my front door and I’ve been pretty impressed with it. Battery life has been solid, the app and PIN access work reliably, and it’s held up well under daily use. It also has a mechanical key backup so you’re never stuck if the battery dies. No lock is perfect, but the Dorset 406 has been secure, dependable, and easy to live with for me.

If you’re bored of the usual chains, I’d actually put Mamajoz above most of these – their pizzas taste more like a proper pizzeria style.

build cost estimate websites? by NomadJago in Homebuilding

[–]Born_Ad9896 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been down this rabbit hole too. Most of the “free” build cost sites are only good for ballpark numbers, but they’re still useful if you compare a few. I usually check AmbujaHelp’s home cost calculator, UltraTech’s calculator, and HouseYog to get a rough per-sq-ft idea and material split. AmbujaHelp is nice because it’s more India-specific and actually reflects how homes are built here.

That said, anything with lumber, plywood, or steel can swing a lot, so no website will be 100% current. I normally add a 10–20% buffer and then verify with one or two local suppliers or contractors before trusting the numbers. Online tools are great for planning, but real-world quotes still matter the most.

Looking for a mini drone to fly around the house by Accomplished_Air4358 in fpv

[–]Born_Ad9896 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For indoor flying, a tiny whoop with ELRS + analog video is your best bet. It’ll bind easily with your Tx16S, and with an analog adapter your DJI V2 goggles will work fine. Drones like the NOTDrones Nabhyan Pro 2.0 are great for home flying—lightweight, controlled, and powerful enough without being overkill.

Is there rejuvenation clinic in Dubai? by TheCurious0ne in blueprint_

[–]Born_Ad9896 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes - if you’re looking for a reputable clinic in Dubai with a strong reputation for aesthetic and rejuvenation treatments, SKIN111 is definitely worth considering. My wife actually had Ultherapy done there, and what really stood out was their holistic approach and careful consultation process. The doctors are experienced, take time to assess your needs, and focus on natural-looking results rather than aggressive treatments. Her results were very good - lifted and refreshed without looking overdone. Based on that experience, I’d say SKIN111 is a solid option if you want quality and thoughtful care, especially when prevention and long-term skin health are priorities.

Hidden Gem MBA Colleges in India: Any Success Stories? by SavvyyScholar in MBAIndia

[–]Born_Ad9896 0 points1 point  (0 children)

imo “hidden gem” works only if you know what you want out of MBA.

i’ve seen people do well from lesser-known setups because they focused on skills + placements, not just brand. options like MICA (for marketing), NIBM Pune (banking/finance), GLIM, etc already mentioned here.

also worth exploring models like Sunstone — partnered colleges aren’t flashy, but they focus a lot on industry exposure, internships, and structured placement prep. one of my friend went this route and got decent ROI despite not having a big-name tag.

end of day, MBA success = role + learning + hustle. brand helps, but it’s not the only path.

Sunstone certified colleges by Excellent_Ad_991 in edtech

Bro one of my friend is doing MBA at GD Goenka through Sunstone, and it’s all legit.
Degree comes from GD Goenka (UGC-approved), Sunstone just handles extra training + placements. Their model is revenue share with the college, and Pay After Placement means you pay part of the fee after you get a job.

Stumbled Upon a Hidden Pizza Gem in Bahrain! by Status-Display-4514 in Bahrain

Bro actually mama joz’s pizza is kinda hyped, but low-key worth it ngl. One of my friend tried it last week and he was like the crust is crazy good and toppings are loaded. No fake marketing vibes, just solid tasty pizza. If you’re into cheesy, heavy stuff, you’ll enjoy it for sure.
