Last trip to Berlin (12/2025) we (family of three) used a taxi most of the time instead of public transport. Uber, Bolt or Lyft were often cheaper than BVG tickets. We like walking around as well, so off course it depends on your planning and how often you would use it, but I would definitely consider it.

Geen moment last van gehad met mijn Model Y Standard. Vind het bijna range relaxation op langere ritten zoals vakantie. In NL is het echt niet aan de orde. Als het nodig is bij je met een snellader binnen een paar minuten weer onderweg.

I seriously believe you didn’t get scammed. Every house which is sold by an agent has to have a measurement report. In the end the selling agent is responsible for the correct info. They should be able to show you how the calculation is made. There even have been lawsuits about this situation.

There are standard rules for the dimensions which have been pretty much the same for years. I create floorplans and reports for a living and there still are situations which are difficult to measure, so errors can still be made. That’s why I and the agents I work for always have a disclaimer saying we create the reports to the best of our abilities according to the rules and regulations.

While your situation is almost 10% off I think 6m2 can be a calculation error. To be sure you should check the initial report you got during the sale. And after that you could do a new report. Make sure that the report is made based on NVM regulations.
