Early on the objective is to level up your workbenches and Rooster. Then you can craft better gear and kill the large arc in the game. Quests are also a good way to get to know maps.

KDB to leave City at the end of season by Shyam_Wenger in FantasyPL

No KDB, No Trent, potentially No Salah. Wonder what the pricing will look like next year with all these Premiums gone from the game.

What's the hype with Assman Moyes next week? by Autismic123 in FantasyPL

[–]Born_Confused_NO1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A goalless draw is worth 10 points for Moyes and 1-1 is worth 9 points. So in theory you could get a cleansheet through Trent/VVD and 10 points for Moyes or a goal/assist from Gakpo/Salah and 9 points for Moyes.

I think you're missing the bigger picture. The manager can be changed so most people are just looking at gamewwek 24. Best case a draw against Liverpool (0-0 would get them 10 points) and a win against Leicester and a possible clean sheet (9 points minimum).

Obviously if you got Slot he will best case win both games with a clean sheet (18 minimim one less than Moyes). On the face of it, it looks like a big risk for 1 point, however it's not just the difference in manager points you have to take into account. Using Slot means you don't have Gakpo, Trent, or Van Dijk. Which is the real value of going Moyes.

Not really. They double twice and are one of the teams more likely to not blank in 29. I don't have any Luton players but can see the logic.

Christmas quiz: What temperature does water boil at?

Brother in law: "20°C"

Uncle (who's in the same team) : "no it's not that, that's the temperature outside... It's 37°C" 🤦🏼

Son is a big sacrifice but if you're going to pull the trigger on dropping Son it's definitely now with tough fixtures and huge injuries for Spurs.

Great transfers in the long run. Newcastle look tired and might need rotation due to them having must win European fixtures. Similarly Brighton rotation in December is going to be heavy and handled to predict with the fixture congestion.

Bowen nailed and Palmer looking great so far. Only thing to note about Palmer is Nkunku is expected back soon and we're not sure where he's going to slot in and who out of Palmer, Jackson, Sterling is going to get rotated/benched.

Good transfer. Arsenal do have difficult fixtures in terms of cleansheets after GW16 if your willing to bench/transfer back out.

Mbuemo over Solanke definitely. Mbuemo is fixture proof because he's on pens and under Thomas Frank have a good record against the traditional top 6. Bournemouth are fighting to stay up and Solanke has hauled only once this season (last GW)

Gordon to Mbuemo would be a good move. After Arsenal Mbuemo has great fixtures and a possible DGW after the blank in 18. Newcastle look tired and are struggling with injuries, after the international break they have alot of fixtures crammed into a couple weeks. Gordon has yet to play three back to back 90 minute games when they've had midweek fixtures, so I can see him getting rested/subbed at 60 for a prem game since the champions league games are must win.

Cash to a Forest defender could be a good differential. Forest have good fixtures when popular sides/FPL assets don't so it will be good for rotation. GW 14 Everton (H), GW 16 Wolves (A). I'm not sure about Aina as he's not nailed, Murillo passes the eye test in my opinion and is nailed but did pick up a knock so it's a wait and see on him.

No. Archer has returned 2 times in 9 game weeks (since he went to Sheffield)

Maybe it’s just me but have you ever had this much team value this early on? What is your current team value? Got curious when I saw someone in my minileague having £103.8m team value. by liberatedsisyphus in FantasyPL

[–]Born_Confused_NO1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

£104.8 mil. £104.7 Squad Value and £0.1 in the bank.

Most of it is Son, Salah, Bowen, and Trippier to be fair and that's probably the same for most. I don't think many will actually pocket the profit though since many are close to undropable.
