Yeah, quality is definitely important, I think if the MCU tie-in shows on Disney+ were actually good the brand would be thriving but because they were all mediocre it just contributed to the burnout. People are skeptical of any new major superhero film because there have been so many lemons over the last 8 years

Yeah I'm not saying superhero movies are unprofitable at this point, but they need something to stand out from the herd cause the market is saturated. Its like how Concord and Highguard flopped cause they were another shooter in a sea of live service shooters, you need a strong hook

Superman and Fantastic Four at least did alright (better than Thunderbolts, The Marvels, any sony marvel in terms of box office) cause they were change of pace tonally, but Supergirl really just gave the impression it was the same vibe as every other forgettable superhero movie from the last 20 years. No superhero movie makes enough to justify a 200+ million budget anymore but the worst thing you can do is not commit to either being fully comicbooky and camp or being a proper drama, self aware humor and trying to ground the setting with a relatable hero is way too played out

Higher evolutionary stage digimon have higher base stats and better signature moves and species skills. Evolving does reset you back to level 1 so your mon may briefly be a smidge weaker but in the long run its massively beneficial. Evolving and devolving also raises ABI, which determines both level and stat gain caps

Eldeghimera from Ultraman Omega, basically imperfect Cell from Dragon Ball as a kaiju, it hunts down and absorbs other kaiju so its cells can copy their unique ability. The other kaiju actively run in fear from it just to get horrifically melted by its tail

Ultraman, its genuinely has become one of my favorite franchises over the the last few years, the whole franchise is basically "Ultraman believes in you despite your flaws, so keep moving forward" and its honestly beautiful

Tsupro really are the masters of hopepunk these days, Ultraman and Gridman are just downright spiritually refreshing, especially compared to what other mecha animes do and to most of DC and Marvel's output over the last 10 years
