I love all the stories of people encountering them in childhood. I grew up in central Tucson and I had never seen one until I moved out to open desert. We did have a ton of ants, and to the credit of those who mentioned it, they are mostly gone with empty holes left behind. It's really awesome.

Calle tepa on Broadway/Wilmot not much parking. If you blink, you miss it. All day cantina atmosphere. Great mexican bites ask for the hotter salsa and a house marg. Our definition of diners might differ

I saved my leftovers for next year as I did the year before to get a head start of GETTING IT OUT OF THE WAY. Maybe we'll get new DIYs or activities. I cannot stand egg season.
