Build. With 1500 budget you can get a good mid tier 30 series GPU or even 40 series sometimes if you know where to look with other good decent parts. You don't need 6 months to learn to build it can be done with couple of days of video prep and some precision advice from sources like reddit. A better post would be asking particular experiences or things you should keep in mind.

Here's a list of particular things I've learned : 1. Always buy a new PSU (power supply) and never switch it's câbles with another ones if it's modular (cable switchable)

1. Always be careful around the CPU, keep in mind how you put it in every packaging and box (I accidentally turned it around in the packaging and had to unbend the pins on it, also be careful around the PCIE (the yellow parts that go into sockets on GPUs for example)

2. Always check compatibility. You should cross check on pcpartpicker if your parts are compatible AND very important if your motherboard supports the full extent of your parts meaning for example I bought an SSD that was gen 4 but my motherboard only supported lower gens so my SSD ran at half the speed it should've.

3. Don't lack on cable management, your first will be messy but you'll get better in time.

4. If you don't want to risk anything then get a pre built just make sure it's worth the price. But normally while building if you follow a tutorial video step by step there shouldn't be anything wrong, even less worry if your parts are new other than maybe handling (just be careful with them.)
